After having lunch together with Qian Yue Jiang, she asked, "What are you planning to do this afternoon?"

"I’m going back to the library to continue reading," Jiang Zheng replied.

"Well, I’ll head off then. Thanks for lunch, Qian Yue. I hope I can mooch off you again sometime," Jiang Zheng said.

Qian Yue couldn’t help but roll her eyes. "Shouldn’t you be the one treating me next time?"

"Look, I’ve got empty pockets," Jiang Zheng said, showing his empty trouser pockets.

"Alright, I’ll treat you next time," Qian Yue said.

Jiang Zheng laughed and waved his hand. "I’ll take my leave then. See you!"

"Bye," Qian Yue waved back.

Qian Yue was in a good mood; meeting Jiang Zheng had been unexpected.

Back at the library, Jiang Zheng picked up another book in the same field as the one he had read in the morning. However, while the morning book was basic, this one delved into more advanced knowledge.

The entire afternoon passed, but Jiang Zheng didn’t finish the book. He had managed to read and grasp the basics in one morning, but this more complex material couldn’t be fully absorbed in an afternoon.

Still, he wasn’t discouraged. Learning wasn’t something achieved overnight, and it was unrealistic to expect to master everything in half a day.

They teamed up and entered the game.

After securing first blood, Jiang Zheng dominated his lane, crushing the opponent. Even when the enemy jungler came to gank, he remained unfazed.
