The intimate gestures between the two sparked envy and playful protest from the others. Even Lin Lin joined in, jokingly refusing to let Hua Tianyu and Tian Li sing together. She insisted that if Hua Tianyu were to duet, it could only be with her, which drew even more exclamations from the crowd.

Brother Tian was truly in a league of his own. His charm was extraordinary. Among these people, not one could even get Lin Lin to call them "brother," let alone sing a love song duet with her.

"No," Hua Tianyu replied confidently after watching for several seconds. If this were a transactional relationship—a man offering money, a woman offering herself—the man wouldn’t be trying so hard to please Yan Zi. Judging by their expressions and demeanor, Yan Zi was indifferent, while the man’s eyes were filled entirely with her.

"This man is probably her suitor," Hua Tianyu concluded.

Lin Lin pouted, "Even a woman like her has admirers?"

Tian Li, somewhat confused and tipsy, clung to Hua Tianyu’s arm, swaying in front of him and trying to entice him. Amused, Hua Tianyu decided to tell her about the encounter at Lin Lin’s school earlier that afternoon.

Hua Tianyu thought, "Am I really so idle? Is this the kind of trivial matter I should get involved in?" But with two girls dragging him, he had no choice but to go along.

Since meeting Hua Tianyu that afternoon, Yang Yan’s mood had been terrible. She had thought she’d reeled in a wealthy sucker, only to be unceremoniously thrown out of his car. To make matters worse, a girl prettier, with a more curvaceous figure and longer legs, got into that same Jaguar afterward.
